Most new installations become ongoing service contracts however we are also provide maintenance for equipment not installed or provided by us, creating a schedule to meet your individual needs, requirements and budget. 

Many emergency breakdowns can be avoided by arranging scheduled visits. Most maintenance contracts require a minimum of 4 visits each year depending on the size of the system, the number of units and nature of the business. Preventative and scheduled maintenance servicing is essential to ensure your system is operating at maximum efficiency during peak times and can ultimately extend the life expectancy of your system and reduce the risks of incurring future replacement costs.

24/7 Maintenance and Breakdown Service

We have maintenance contracts with many national retailers and have an experienced and specialised team of field engineers located across the country which can provide a 24/7 full maintenance service if required. All of our vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking allowing us to immediately identify a local engineer to deal with any problems you may have with your Air Conditioning. The company also uses JobLogic, the latest in service and call handling systems.

F-Gas Legislation

The company’s is registered with REFCOM which is an industry recognised accreditation for the safe handling and disposal of refrigerants. All our service engineers have been provided with the necessary training to ensure they are qualified Safe Handlers of F-Gas Refrigerant. We offer a leak checks service as part of our  service contract to ensure our  clients comply with current European F-Gas legislation. We will also maintain a running service record of all leak checks and repairs that have been carried out on each unit. Equipment containing 30kg or more will have to be checked every 6 months. If leaks are detected then repairs must be carried out as soon as possible and a further check should be carried out  within one month.
