Four Seasons Control Ltd

 

Established in 1989, Four Seasons Control Ltd is a nationally recognised Air Conditioning installer and maintenance provider. Initially founded by two air conditioning and refrigeration engineers in West Yorkshire, the company grew steadily until 2005, when the company embarked on an exciting growth strategy under a new yet highly experienced management team headed by Tom Keeping

Four Seasons Control has long standing relationships with many clients, providing specialist maintenance services. Planned and Reactive maintenance are major activities for the company and following the registration with REFCOM, the company is able to offer its clients leak check servicing to ensure they comply with European F-Gas legislation .

The company employs a team of experienced engineers qualified to HVCA standards for air conditioning,  of Corgi for gas and NICEIC for electrical work. Four Seasons also provides a full installation service from turn-key project management to bespoke design and installation. The company is  a registered member of the British Safety Council as it aims to ensure a safe working environment for its staff.   

AAS Ltd

 

Air Conditioning and Associate Services Ltd joined the Group in May 2007. The London based company boasts an impressive list of clients which are managed by a highly experienced team of staff led by Malcolm Lee. The company operates as an installation specialist, providing the necessary support required to provide a successful nationwide service for Group clients. The company continues to focus on delivering great services for its existing customers whilst attracting exciting new projects to further promote the Four Seasons Group.

HM Air Cooling Ltd

HM Air Cooling Ltd joined the Four Seasons Group in June 2008. Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, the company has 25 years of industry experience, working with all the major manufacturers. The company has strong and highly experienced management and a large team of qualified service and installation engineers trained to recognised industry standards, allowing the company to provide effective nationwide coverage.

HM Air Cooling Ltd works with many high profile clients and has an enviable reputation throughout the industry. The company operates as an installation and maintenance specialist for air Conditioning, ventilation and heating systems as well as associated building services such as control systems and smoke control. The addition of HM Air Cooling Ltd strengthens the Group service offering and geographic coverage. 

The Four Seasons Group

Following the aquisition of Air Conditioning and Associated Service Ltd the company rebranded to become the Four Seasons Group in 2007. Continuing with its "buy and build" strategy" the company has added High Wycombe based H M Air Cooling Ltd with turnover now in excess of £20million.

The Group brand allows existing clients to continue their long standing relationships with each company whilst  benefiting from a broader range of services and strong geographic coverage.

Four Seasons Control manages all  our nationwide maintenance contracts aswell as installation projects in Northern England, Scotland and Ireland. The Midlands, West and South West projects are managed by our National Accounts Director Adrian Butcher and our London base provides excellent coverage for the South, South East and London. HM Air Cooling will continue to operate as a national provider supporting the Group throughout the UK.

The Four Sesaons Group supplies equipment from all the major air conditioning manufacturers and is a Business Solutions Partners for Mitsubishi Electric and a Toshiba Qualified Installer, their highest installation awards.
