Controls and Energy Management
Berkeley Controls is one of Europe’s leading independent building automation and energy management specialists. We provide premier engineering, energy management and energy recovery solutions for both the public and private sectors and have a customer base across all markets in the UK and Europe. In 2008 we entered the Middle East and Africa and have secured a number of key projects in these regions.

Berkeley Controls provides a complete turnkey solution in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Building Management Systems including Trend, Siemens and Cylon. We have close working relationships with leading players in the field, ensuring we are the first to know of ground breaking technological developments that will allow for
improved control and management at affordable prices.

Critical Airflow
A specialist in airflow control for critical environments such as laboratories, clean rooms and clean manufacturing spaces, Critical Airflow delivers advanced energy management and environmental solutions to the world’s leading pharmaceutical, healthcare and research facilities across Europe and the Middle East.

Critical Airflow’s team of engineers and technicians specialise in innovative, technologically sound airflow and pressurisation control solutions that combine unparalleled safety and performance with value and energy savings.

Our systems ensure the environmental integrity of critical facilities by the close control and integration of airflow, temperature, pressurisation and humidity. They are based on proven products developed by channel partners Phoenix Controls, Strobic Air Corporation and Aircuity Inc. who are established world leaders in their fields.

Maintenance
Four Seasons Group operates a national buildings maintenance business which employs over 120 service engineers across the UK, covering air conditioning, heating, plumbing and building fabric works. These experienced engineers are qualified to HVCA standards for air conditioning and NICEIC for electrical work. We are also registered with Gas Safe, Safe Contractor, CHAS, REFCOM and other national quality and supplier accreditations.

Installation
Four Seasons Group provides professional HVAC design and installation services, including full-turnkey project management to bespoke design and installation, for all business types, regardless of industry sector. This includes small single unit installations right through to large commercial and public funded projects such as schools and hospitals. Our installation services are provided by our subsidiary companies Four Seasons Installation and JCW Air Conditioning Ltd.

Four Seasons Group installation division operates from eight offices across the UK, allowing us to provide regionalised services. All of our sites benefit from knowledgeable staff trained to the highest industry standards who are able to demonstrate the benefits of experience, continuity and technical expertise.

With considerable experience operating in the retail sector undertaking many ‘fast track’ fit outs for national high street retailers, we are well positioned to respond quickly and achieve competitively priced roll out programmes.
