These experienced engineers are qualified to HVCA standards for air conditioning and NICEIC for electrical work. We are also registered with Gas Safe, Safe Contractor, CHAS, REFCOM and other national quality and supplier accreditations.
Four Seasons Group offers a range of Planned and Reactive Maintenance contracts on all equipment installed by us or a third party. The services we offer include:

Air Conditioning Maintenance
Four Seasons Group provides a selection of
professional air conditioning maintenance services,
from basic filter and terminal unit cleans through to
complete systems performance checks in line with
industry and HVCA schedules.
We undertake Air Conditioning Energy Assessments
including TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections and Air
Conditioning Reports. The inspection will:
- Provide building owners with information about system performance
- Identify opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions and save energy and money
Heating and Ventilating Systems Maintenance
A Gas Safe registered company, Four Seasons Group
provides gas boiler maintenance and breakdown
servicing with a fast response rate for minimal
downtime and disruption to your business. Our
maintenance service dramatically reduces the
likelihood of total shut down, whilst increasing
energy efficiency from your heating systems.
With expertise in heat pump installations we are able to offer total maintenance packages to all major heat pump equipment.
Building Management Systems Support
Planned Preventative Maintenance will reduce overall
service costs through regular, pre-planned attention.
This notifies us to the current status of a system and
minimises both the likelihood of it failing and the
impact of any breakdown. Seasonal variations are
taken into account, and tuning control strategies are
evaluated, datalogs analysed and input/output
devices checked.
