Reduce building running costs

At least 40% of UK carbon emissions are accounted for by the buildings we work in and HVAC systems
are one of the major contributors. Four Seasons Group has 20 years experience designing and supporting air conditioning and heating systems and, combined with our group energy management expertise, is uniquely positioned to drive your energy cost down.

We will give you cost effective solutions to best address carbon reduction commitment from a range of technical services.

How do we reduce your Carbon Footprint?
Air Conditioning Energy (ACE) is an HVAC driven management service. We provide enhanced control to your HVAC plant by time and temperature scheduling to ensure your building provides the desired internal conditions only when you need it.

Ace offers you the ability to:

  • Monitor and manage your carbon use
  • Optimised start and stop
  • Design review and value engineering
  • Integration of lighting control
  • Integration of multiple standalone HVAC systems
  • Integration of footfall and access control systems

This will give operational savings on traditional split air conditioning systems and VRV systems of at least 20%. Payback is usually between two and four years.

Link the ACE to our bureau hosting service and additional savings can be realised by:

  • Alarm interrogation and reset
  • Reduced reactive maintenance costs
  • Group adjustment of multiple systems

What we offer

  • Simple retro fit of ACE control
  • Integration of utility metering
  • Adaptive control via ACE Bureau
  • HVAC service performance package
  • Carbon reporting
  • BEMS
  • Energy Bureau
  • Monitoring and Targeting

ACE is a service driven solution which puts performance, cost and system output with the experts.
